New York in the House!

Channing Hill knotting the reins (~ RAYMOND)
She’s All Eltish blew my trifecta but I was still jumping up and down like a crazy person over Channing Hill’s killer ride on Sweet Vendetta.
Now y’all know why New Yorkers talk about Channing Hill so much! I also thought he did a great job in front of the camera in his interview with Jerry Baily.
And David Cassidy… who knew?

The man is a walking, talking Botox advertisement. His face doesn’t move!
David Cassidy is an avid horse owner and racing fan. I see him up at Saratoga every summer. He is very cordial to all the fans and a big supporter of the sport.
no, i have a picture of him with a big smile on his face!
Teresa, that will work out well for him as time goes on :)
or maybe :|
Robert, interesting… I never knew!
Raymond, you have quite a growing collection of jock portraits going!
Dana: when I worked at Fasig-Tipton, Cassidy was frequently around; he’s been significantly involved in breeding and racing for over twenty years.
He seems to have mellowed as he’s gotten older…and I love your emoticon!
I heard David owns a small piece of the horse, (clearly true since the horse does not race under his silks). If I were any of the partners in Team Penney Racing I’d want to kick his ass for being all over the place and never once mentioning his partners. “I think I love ME”!
Mike, I agree. I saw 20 other people in the winner’s circle and never heard anything from other partners. Shame on ESPN for not talking to the people who’s silks the horse runs in. PS - love how you renamed the song!
Mike, LOL… and that is annoying.
I saw this week that Team Penney Racing sold the horse to WinStar. I wonder if David Cassidy kept his minor stake or if he sold too. If he kept his piece I bet Winstar is enjoying listening to all his orders. Either way, the horse is very nice. She should be tough on her home track at Saratoga in the Alabama. This class of 3 yr old fillies is very good.
